Original Artwork All original artwork — including original paintings and prints — is non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of art pieces. Please feel free to contact us with any questions before purchasing.

T-Shirts (Print-on-Demand) Our apparel is produced on demand.

Quality issues or shipping errors If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days with a description and photo of the issue, and we will take care of the rest.

Returns due to customer preference If you ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong item, or simply changed your mind, we are unable to offer a reprint or refund. As all items are made to order, we appreciate your careful selection before purchasing. Please refer to the size guide before ordering.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exception — Orders shipped to Brazil Under the "right of regret" policy, customers in Brazil have the legal right to cancel an order within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us via the contact form or chat if this applies to you.

Exception — Orders shipped to the EU Under EU consumer protection law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
